Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Click it Remarketing GmbH.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product,

we offer you the option of a return or an exchange. Please note the

following conditions:

Right of Return

• You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without stating reasons. In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you a voluntary return policy of a total of 30 days from receipt of the goods.
• To exercise your right of return, please send us a written notice within the deadline (by email or via our contact form) declaring your withdrawal.
• The goods must be returned unused, undamaged, and – where possible – in their original packaging.
• Returns are free of charge for you. We cover all return shipping costs.

Exchanges

• We offer you the option to exchange items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in perfect condition.
• Exchanges are possible for another product or, upon request, for a voucher.
• To request an exchange, simply send us an email or use our contact form.

Warranty

• We grant a 1-year warranty on products in categories A to C. This warranty covers defects or faults that are demonstrably due to material or manufacturing defects.
• In the event of a warranty claim, please contact us with a description of the defect and, if possible, an image of the damage. We will review the matter as quickly as possible and either send you a replacement product or repair the item.

Exceptions

An exchange or return is unfortunately not possible for:

• Personalized or custom-made products• Hygiene items, such as underwear or cosmetics, which cannot be returned for health reasons

Refunds

• After successful return and inspection of the goods, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
• The refund will be processed within 14 days after the goods have been received by us.
